Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what data MasuCraft collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. This policy covers all MasuCraft services: the MasuCompanion Twitch extension and Forge mod, the VHArmory website (masucraft.eu), and our Tebex store.

2. Data We Collect

MasuCompanion

• Twitch account: user ID, login, display name and chat name colour. The Twitch extension only learns your user ID after you choose to share your identity; before that it sees an anonymous ID. When you sign in on masucraft.eu we also keep your profile picture URL and the roles you hold (streamer, server owner or manager)
• Your companion in each channel: the Minecraft name you chose as its skin, level, XP, stars, prestige, Masurium, owned and equipped cosmetics, signature ability and season results
• Activity while a stream is live: when you are watching, your votes, predictions and stakes, loot gems you grab, emotes and abilities you use, spotlight squad seats and the engagement score of each run
• A ledger of every XP, Masurium and star change with its source (watching, votes, runs, predictions, jackpots, purchases, Bits, subscriptions, channel points, raids and hype trains). Twitch tells us the user and amount of Bits, subscriptions and similar events; we never receive payment details
• Chat commands: when a streamer turns chat participation on, our bot reads the channel's chat through Twitch and acts only on MasuCompanion commands (such as !1 or !predict). We do not store message text; we keep message IDs so a command is never counted twice
• Streamers: the Minecraft accounts (name and UUID) they link, statistics of their vault runs (objective, outcome, times, health and damage, mobs killed, chests, rooms and blocks), the servers they play on, their settings, and which Twitch permissions they granted and when. We do not keep their Twitch access tokens
• Server owners: server name, address, modpack, region, description, Discord contact and an optional Discord webhook. Server keys are stored only as a hash
• Moderation: bans, resets and removed cosmetics with their reason, and a log of who took each moderation and access decision
• Minecraft skin images fetched from Mojang for the names in use

Public on masucraft.eu: your Twitch name, companion level, rank, prestige and cosmetics appear on public profiles and leaderboards. Masurium and stars are never public. You can hide yourself from every public list in My companions. If you sit in a stream's spotlight squad, your name, title and skin are shown in the streamer's game and stream.

VHArmory

• Minecraft UUID and username
• Vault statistics (completions, deaths, bails)
• Gear and equipment data
• Vault run history
• Leaderboard rankings

Tebex Store

• Minecraft username (for purchase fulfillment)
• IP address (forwarded to Tebex for VAT/tax calculation as required by law)
• All billing and payment data (credit card, PayPal, etc.) is handled entirely by Tebex; we never see or store your payment details

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not use Google Analytics or any analytics tracking service
• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Signing in on masucraft.eu sets one session cookie and a security token that are needed for the sign-in to work. The Twitch extension keeps where you placed its tabs and cards in your browser's local storage
• We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to:

• Provide and operate our services (companion features, armory stats, store fulfillment)
• Display gameplay statistics and leaderboards on VHArmory
• Track companion progression, virtual currency balances, predictions and spotlight squad picks
• Process and fulfill store purchases
• Detect and prevent abuse or exploitation of our services

5. Third-Party Services

MasuCompanion and VHArmory, including their databases, run on servers operated by MasuCraft. Our services rely on the following third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• Twitch: Sign-in, the extension, chat, names and support events (Bits, subscriptions and similar) for MasuCompanion (Privacy Policy)
• Tebex: Payment processing for the store (Privacy Policy)
• Mojang and mc-heads.net: Minecraft skins for the names in use (Microsoft Privacy Statement)
• Discord: Notices sent to webhooks that server owners and the platform owner set up, naming servers and streamers (Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account exists and our services are active. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe. Some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for operational purposes.
